Title: Keylab displayed no preset names

Hello,

I´m a new Keylab 61 user. I´ve got the same problem with the Keylab i´ve read in the forum twice.
The display of the Keylab 61 don´t show the Preset name of the Analog Lab presets in the VST PlugIn in Cubase 7.5.
It only shows f.e.:             PrsetEnc Val:0067
                                        Ch:01     Num:114

I´m on Firmware 1.33
Any suggestion?

i have nearly the same Problem (ableton live osx vst/au keylab25)
keylab display values instead of the presets so i cant browse the presets from keylab.
any fixes for that?

edit:
works perfectly in standalone mode
does anyone have the same issue? or im the only one?  :'(

edit 2:
can anyone please confirm that its working in vst/au ableton osx??
would be very nice so i would now its a problem with my settings and not a bug?!
please  ???

i found the fix by myself:
had to turn "on"  "knob-fix" in midicontrolcenter!

Hi flexibel,

It seems I have the same issue as yours. Out of nowhere I am not able to see preset names anymore. I tried with the factory reset and it didn't help. I guess you turned the knob-fix option to "on" and then synced it to your Working memory, am I right?

Arturia support was not able to help me although I bought Producer Pack. Support guy simply stated: I don't know what the reason is.

I have same problem in key lab 25

How make work in protools knob

i want change bank from keyboard

param category (61-65-67) only 3 position if i press it it change from 112 to 113

value preset (61-65-67) only 3 position if i press it it change from 114 to 115

In Pro Tools, Analog Lab works *fine although I can't see the presets on my Laboratory 61 (Earlier version of Keylab) so I suspect that this has never worked.


*As in, IMO I think Analog Laboratory was far more stable. Analog lab seems to just be very tricky in a DAW, even standalone it does odd things, I tend to leave it alone and never use it.

I also tried Analog Lab in Live and the same thing happens, I can't see the preset names in the LCD window on my keyboard.

In Pro Tools I am able to use the category and preset knobs on my keyboard to browse presets, albeit pointless as I can't see the names come up on my keyboard. But then I use my ears to audition sounds :) This was and still is fine in Analog Laboratory.

In Live these controls do not work, the categories do not move and the preset only scrolls with the currently selected preset and the one directly above it, i.e. 2 presets. 

If it's a deal breaker, I would get in contact with one of the Arturia guys or contact support
