They exist... either that or I'm hallucinating a small analog synth on my keyboard stand's upper tier. ;) However, their customer service department does not exist as far as I can tell.

I have been amazed to discover your case this morning. Indeed it's been closed ???
Please be sure we are sorry about that, it was routing mistake between my dear colleagues and myself while I was in China.
I will do some testing with a Novation SL25 I have here, and will back to you on the support desk as soon as possible.
