Title: Receiving download link for v collection

I purchased the v collection today but did not receive any conformation or download link yet(from paypal I did),
I'm also not able to send a contact form via the website,it always gives me an error...anyone?

Sometimes it can take up to a day or longer for you to receive a download link, etc.

Did you use the coupon code or did you pay the full price of $399? I haven't been able to buy using the coupon code that's in My Account.

yes bought it with a redeem code at €149 so that worked fine...

Same for me - bought the update last Friday via PayPal - received only the PayPal receipt.
Now I am waiting for the Arturia confirmation mail with download link and license.
I contacted Arturia - lets see how long does it take......

As I explained in several posts, we encountered several issues with the offer. Iknow that we did not reply so much recently on the forum an some people wrote us for requests related to this promotion.
