Title: Bought a product. Where is the download link?

Hello,

yesterday I bought a MiniMg online via paypal. I wasnt registered when I bought it. Now I'm still waiting for the download link and the activation code. The site says that I should receive it within 2 hours. Now I only have a transaktioncode from paypal. Where is my download link?

Ok, it's the fifth day after I bought a product. Still no mail with the download link or a activation code. nobody is on the phone, replying to my mail or this post. this is really no respectable way to treat customers. I paid a lot of money and I've been left alone.

"Downloads" menu item at top of page.  Follow the "Updates" link, download your software.  You can download and use your software in demo mode while your waiting for your license email.  They are full versions...  I'd check your email spam filter to make sure that the email wasn't blocked.

Thanks for the reply. I downloaded the demo but haven't received ta confirmation mail for that too! I checked my spam folder! No mail!
