Title: Registration Error - me too.

« MODx Parse Error »
MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« Execution of a query to the database failed - Duplicate entry '4294967295' for key 1 »
   SQL: INSERT INTO arturia_licences (licencenumber,product_id,user_id) VALUES ('myserialnumberwashere', '7', 'myuseridwashere')
   [Copy SQL to ClipBoard]INSERT INTO arturia_licences (licencenumber,product_id,user_id) VALUES ('myserialnumberheretoo', '7', 'myuseridwasheretoo')

Parser timing

How can there be a duplicate entry? I've only just got this, never been an Arturia user before....

I actually took off from work today to get these setup, looks like I just wasted an afternoon... >:(

The only issue (my own fault) happened when typing the auth code, using small capital letters instead of the capital letters (as printed in the card).

After re-typing it, all went smoothly :)

so... maybe that's your issue ?
