I too, am like many others in having problems with registering my product. Same result, it doesn't recognize the serial number or unlock code. I was very interested in using this product and am disappointed that it failed me this fast.
Is there anything anyone can do? It is the Analog Player package, brand new just out of the box.

Try to register your product again, tomorrow. It's weekend and therefore the Arturia-Team is at home. Just like you and me (I guess) :D

It's now monday and I've tried to register again, and it still doesn't work. Is there any way to get someone this information? Someone....? Anyone....? Help!
