Title: Analog Lab won't start in Windows 7 64bit

I have attempted to contact support and about 45 days ago my request was "escalated" but still no response.

I have the V Collection 2 and all the synths work except Analog Lab. If i start it, loads the splash screen and then the icon just sits on the task bar with no UI present. I was able to reproduce the problem on 2 Win7/64 PCs.

I was wondering if anyone else had and solved this problem.

I have the same setup (w7 64bit, V-Colllection w/ A.Lab) and have no issues... are you using the latest version ?

Is this only as standalone or also as plug-in?

Either way it won't load properly but I was talking specifically about stand alone.

The one other detail is that my machine is a member of a Domain, and I am wondering if that has something to do with it.

Edit: Yes I am using the latest version

I can run as standalone, but when I try to load as a VST in Reaper it crashes the VST host part of Reaper.

Update: I can run in 32 bit Reaper OK. The problem  is only when running 64 bit reaper and using the bridging ability to run 32 bit Analog Factory.

So I finally got resolution on this.

I had to uninstall the product, then delete this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Arturia\Analog Laboratory\

Then re-install all the latest versions. It is just a shame it took so long to get this issue from them.

32 bit Analog Lab v1.3.0 now works in 64 bit Reaper versiion 4.22 64 bit.
