Hello there,
Last Saturday (January 14) I placed an order for Jupiter-8V and ARP2600V (download versions) and I immediatly paid for it - order 67507. I would receive my serial keys after the money was received by Arturia. Arturia must have received the money a few days ago already but I have had no response from them at all. I also sent an e-mail to the sales department twice but I never get any response.
I figured that maybe I could get a response in this way...So what is going on Arturia? I don't understand why I have to wait this long and why I get no response to my e-mails.
