Tried to register my Analog Player and it keeps telling me the serial number unlock failed, i put in a request to the website(since there was on support number) to see if i was doing something wrong, or if this product was simply shipped with a bad serial number or what, very let down that i couldnt use this the day i got it :-\ thoughts?
