Title: Guess what? Cannot activate Player
Post by: srdx on January 15, 2012, 02:50:04 am
Oh man. What a drag this is. I received my Arturia Analog Player today on friday 13th so I will wait to see if this is resolved on Monday, otherwise I will have to ship this thing back for a refund. I seem to have the same Catch #22 problem.

Created an account with in order to register the product.
Tried to register the product using the Serial Number and Unlock Code on the plastic card on the inside page of the manual but it does not accept the license key.

Website will not let me request technical support unless I have registered a product – which of course I can't.

ARTURIA, PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!

I would much prefer to keep the product and get it activated than return it.

Also, the US Tel Number for Arturia or it's distributor of (866) 567-5955 just goes to a generic voicebox, like it's someone's mobile phone. No mention of "Oh, this is Arturia". That's usually a bad sign in my experience. It doesn't take much work to setup a voicemail does it?

Please send me the serial through private message, I'll check it out.

Antoine,

Please assist (Case 104072). I was receiving some support however my problem persists. Analog Player requests Activation Code after every launch.

I have made permissions folders that relate to Arturia as "Read & Write" as requested. I have restarted my MacBook Pro. The problem still persists.

Please advise.

The solution for non-memorized auth code in Analog Player has been updated in the Knowledge Base:
