Title: CC#4 reserved?

My DX7ii MIDI control pedal transmits CC#4, which I wanted to control the CS-80V Volume pot.  I noticed that CC#4 is ignored.  I understand CC#1 being reserved as it is hard wired to "wheel."  But why is CC#4 reserved?  Thanks.

Answering my own question:  CC#4 is reserved to control Expression and Wah.  It's in the manual.  Sorry.
