What I would dearly like to know is why I keep getting this newsletter when I have tried to 'unsubscribe' several times. What's more, me emails relating to this subject have been ignored.
I buy alot of software, but won't be buying any more Arturia stuff until I can finally be removed from the mailing list. It's irritating and infringing my privacy and my polite requests to be removed manually (because the automated unsubscibe doesn't seem to be working) are ignored.
Which is very annoying.

Not one reply from admin. That's how little you care about my custom.
So I am forever to be spammed with the dreaded newsletter I don't want until the day I die because your system won't unsubscribe me.

I spend about 20k a year on gear and will gladly start buying Arturia products again if this issue can be resolved. Until then, I refuse to buy your products because you consistently ignore my polite request.
