Title: Registartion Problems

My Registration serial on the back side of the arturia has 13 Characters and can't be registered online I've try it in many ways with built them too groups but no chance..

I've tried
XX-XXX-XXXX-XXXX
XX-XXXX-XXXX-XX

and other variations..


(Message ' invalid license number' is the result.


So how i need to do group this charakteres for the registration ?

It seems that you are taking the barcode number (13 numbers), which is wrong

Look again on the sticker and should have something like "serial number" : 11 numbers. That's the one you need.

Same here, will not accept all the numbers in the SN registration. Very annoying. >:(

Sounds theres is a nice glitch with Origin S/N in teh registration process.
Until we fix it, please send me your S/N through private message, as well as your email/account.
