Title: Need serial number

Hello, I recieved a copy of Analog Factory a few years ago free with my novation keyboard.

I recently downloaded the update but now it needs a serial number.

I dont have this as I lost the actually disc containing the original copy of the software.

Is there anything that can be done?  ???

Novation delivers an Analog Factory "Special Edition", with few presets inside, based on an old version of the Factory. No update has been released.
You probably downloaded and installed the full 2.5 version which is, of course, protected (by eLicenser).
Simply uninstall the software you downloaded, and reinstall the one delivered with your keyboard.

Thats the problem, I cant find my copy. Do you think if I was to email Novation, they might send me another disc out?
