I've been unable to sync midi with ProTools... is this a bug ?

Is this a bug in the MiniMg or PT?  I have the same problem synching Reaktor 4 in PT LE 6.4.  The MiniMg synchs fine when the VST is wrapped as an RTAS using the FXpansion wrapper, but not when using the RTAS MiniMg.
