Title: Cannot Transfer my Analog Factory License to a Dongle

I have a new computer and I want to switch my license to it.

I have been emailing Tech support but I received no response to my latest request.


I get this error when I try to drag and drop the license onto the dongle.  this is on my old laptop with the original install and license on it.

The Soft-eLicenser stored on this computer doesn't seem to have been created on this computer.

Please contact your software vendor to solve this issue.

Before I got this error it gave me this error:

Soft-eLicenser doesn't have the expected hardware info.

I updated to the latest Version of ELicenser but that did not help.


I used migration assistant to move all my applications to the new imac, The elicense on the new machine shows the de activated soft e-licenser but won't let me remove it or use it

Can I get a response sometime soon please.  This is pretty frustrating

Migration Assistant is not friendly with Soft-eLicenser, and reciprocally.
One should avoid this restoration system with licensing programs, and rather cleanly reinstall the Arturia apps and eLicenser Control center.
