Hello,
I've tried twice today to put in a support request in the "my technical support" section.
I have not received any emails to confirm this, and there is no case ID showing in my account so am a bit concerned that my support requests are not getting through?
If anyone from Arturia can help that would be great.

Our server was down but now everything is OK. Normaly you have receive a mail from arturia_support.
