Title: Problem installing new Origin update

Any one out there with problems updating with Windows 7 ?

I had no problem installing the last update with Windows Vista, I've tried everything and it fails. I keep getting an error "Can't load Origin preset infos"

I've run the compatibility trouble shooter it's saying the program is incompatible...

i have submited a ticket through support, hope this issue can be resolved other wise i'll be selling the Origin.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi BobG,

Are you using the latest Origin Connection version? Each time you install a new update, the new updater software must be installed. You should not need to uninstall the previous version before.
