Hi,
I registered case 88187 a week ago and has not heard from Arturia sins.
And from reading other forum posts, some people have been waiting for months?!
If this is true you should really put some information about this when users register a new support case.

Theoretically you should get an "human" answer within 24 to 48 hours. But it is highly related to the incoming flux at the Tech Support desk, and sometimes unexpected delay happen.

I have been waiting weeks as well and still no reply.
From what I have been reading in forums this seems to be the norm. Apparently Arturia is notorious for having really bad tech support.

Hey, I've had an open ticket for about a month now.
I've sent a follow-up request a few weeks ago, and I still haven't received a human response.
I know it's the holidays, but is anyone there?

Arturia has the only forum in which i really had trouble participating because i could log in 20 times and i still wasn't 'in'.
Techsupport: No Answers in my case.
