I asked for help regarding what to do once your case has been processed and no one has replied please could some one help me out.

The same happened to me I aksed 2 questions one on the disappearance of the blank presets in Mg modular and the other about pricing to upgrade analog factory with keyboard as I noticed  in a noticed in a number of shops the upgrade was as expensive as buying the experience which seemed wrong.
