Hi
New here, so this might be an obvious stupid question....
I am trying to install Brass on my computer, but gets the message that a newer version is already installed - which I know for sure is NOT the case. So I am not allowed to install - I might have f.....up in the install of the 10 years Bundle as I did not start with the Brass install - yes read the manual!!!
Any help or suggestions out there, thanks

1. Install directly from the latest BRASS update;
2. Upgrade the eLicenser Control Center (http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html) to the latest version;
3. Plug your dongle, launch the eLC, check your dongle & license are well recognized;
4. Launch BRASS in standalone mode to check everything runs just fine;
5. Launch your favorite host, possibly validate BRASS as plug-in, and insert it at your best convenience.
That should run fine this way, filll a Technical Support inquiry from your account interface if any problem.
