Title: Having troble downloading license( First time user )

I bought Arturia brand new and input the activation code and pushed enter on the screen but when I try to download the license it says that the license has been used already.  I checked license control center and there isn't any licenses.  I just bought it sealed up from my local music store.  How can this happen if nobody has used it before?  Is there any way you can send another card or what can be done about this?  I already let support know about this.  Can someone help?  Thanks.
