Title: AAF registration problem

I recently got a used Arturia Analog Factory with a Syncrosoft dongle, manual, and an Arturia registration card. The previous user unregistered it from his Arturia account before shipping (about 2 weeks ago). I have just tried to register it in my newly-opened Arturia account - unfortunately, it says that "the license has been already registered." And it seems like I can't get any technical support with my Arturia product registration unless I have it already registered in my account  ??? -- a typical Catch-22 situation.
