Title: Authorization & Cross-Mod. Problems

I am now having a problem authorizing my Jupiter-8v. I have had this product for about one year now and was a little late installing the latest software update (1.1.1). I use the cross modulator a lot to create sounds and there was an update on that feature in the new update. Although I liked how it sounds in most cases it dramatically changed some of my saved presets in others. To correct for this I wanted to delete the whole program and re-install the version I bought originally. Then I was going to bounce down audio files for sounds I had created, then re-install the update. But now as I open Logic I get a message saying the Jupiter is not fully installed or available. What can I do to fix this problem? Is a problem with the Syncrosoft dongle?  Any suggestions?

Make sure, in this order:
1. to have the latest License Control Center (http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html) version installed;
2. the Jupiter-8V runs fine in standalone mode;
3. the Logic AU Manager has validated the plug-in.
