Title: PC requirement question

I'd like to run Jupiter 8v and MiniMg v at the same time. If I were to build a pc to handle this or multiple instances of the  same product, what would I need as far as ram, processor speed etc? Can I run several instances on different midi channels to form a sort if multitimbral instrument?
