basically i have got my first product and this is for my free second arturia synth

I presume you talk about the License Control Center, which is a third-party (Syncrosoft) application. You will find the Wizard > License Download in its menu bar.
If it is not the expected answer, please reformulate your question a bit more accurately.

ok so i want to register the synth but in the license control centre their is no help option all i see are my e licensers and no place to give me an option to place the licencse number i have

Hi Antoine.
i just bought a new (Vista 32-bit) laptop. I transferred my old laptop's license to my Sysncrosoft dongle via the Wizard. Dongle on the old laptop says it now contains the AFE2.0 license. When I plug the dongle into my new laptop, it only shows AFE1.0, and that is greyed out. How do I transfer the license to my new laptop?
