Really weary of the lack of tech support. I just need a bloody authorization code for my new computer! Last time I needed this it took two weeks. I am waiting again (for a week so far). Their products still wont work with the USB Sychrosoft, if they did, a lot of us would not have these issues. I searched the net for posts about their lack of support, seems it is well known amongst many musicians out there, I should have done this homework before I bought into their products!!

Hi,
I submitted a trouble ticket but have yet to receive a confirmation email. I had to reinstall my MacOS and now I cannot get AFE as it states that the license has already been used.

I have requested a new license key, but I've not heard from Arturia customer service yet.

Got 2 permanent "Unrouteable address" errors from the mail delivery software, one by the 1st of March (the automatic reply) and one from the 3rd (my response).

I need a new one as well,  ??? do you mean this problem is prone to  happen again? I must admit I've never had an issue like this since dealing with syncrosoft.Please give me a working one this time.Help
