I'm having similar issues with several of the keys on that keyboard. Anyone have a solution?

If the keys respond when transposing octaves, this should be restored via a firmware reset:
_ switch off the keyboard;
_ press and hold both (+) and (-) buttons while switching on the keyboard;
_ LEDs are blinking and going from 1 to 8, then light off;
_ restart the keyboard and test if everything runs fine.

If the keys do not respond even when transposing octaves, the problem seems to be mechanical, then a gentle visit to your favorite dealer for an exchange shall solve it all.

I also have a problem with two of the keys not reacting properly.  It looks like there is an issue in manufacturing.   Getting the run around on getting an exchange or even getting it fixed.  Very disappointed.

I received my keyboard back from the dealer and it's all new and great, but playing it last night, the SAME keys are sticking!!!! >:( Does anyone know of anyway to take it apart and check if something is defective?? (My warranty is now expired). I really really like this keyboard, it has great key feel and it also looks super cool and I also use it to control my MiniMg Voyager RME because the Pitch bend is much smoother than my other midi keyboard.This keyboard sticking thing is a real bummer....the keys work but sometimes they trigger late....
