Title: Promo Download does not work!!!

Hi.
I just got a brand new, original sealed MMV2 box from e reputated mailorder house in germany with voucher for free download of a second instrument.

I opened the box, got the voucer, rubbed off the promotion code seal...
Then I typed in the number on the promo download page...

AND it tells: "CODE NOT VALID OR ALREADY USED"

THAT IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!  ???

I tried again, no change...

After that I registered with Arturia and added the serial # of MMV2 and tried again... still the same.

WHAT'S WRONG? PLEASE HELP.
