Title: How to do a clean install of spark VDM

Hey,

Spark VDM is playing up and I've read that a clean install might help. Would anyone be able to let me know the steps involved to do this?

Could you explain more accuratelly the issue?

Thanks for the response but i forgot to mention i'm running windows 7. Where are the files i need to delete on that OS?

Also i'm still trying to work out whether spark VDM is the exact problem but basically i think it is causing Ableton to crash a lot. Not every time, but most of the time.
In some situations when using it within Ableton it says "this VST plugin is not compatible with Live...

Ableton - v8.4.2

Spark VDM - v1.7 (I have tried 1.7.2 and 1.7.1 as well but they cause the same issues if not worse)
