I bought Analog Factory Experience for my MacBook Pro with OS X 10.4.
I followed the instructions and installed but the software does not work.
I went to the Syncrosoft website and installed the most recent License Control Center but still it does not work.
When I try to launch it says 'No eLicenser connected'.
I have spent all evening trying to get the software working, it's very disappointing, most software is easy to install.
Can anybody offer any advice on how to complete the installation?

Hi Sparky,
For Technical Support you should use the adequate request form available around here: http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=85
Alternatively, you may drop an eye to your User's Manual especially around pages 13 and 16-19, everything is clearly written with step-by-step screenshots.
For any further help, the "Request For Technical Support" form definitely is your friend :)

Two weeks have passed since I contacted tech support and still the software will not work. It's starting to look like a bad purchase.
I just have a new Mac with OSX 10.4.10, it should be simple.
The problem I think is with the Syncrosoft activation - I just see a message saying 'No eLicenser found' but all the menu options in the License Control Centre are greyed out so I cannot do anything about it.
If anybody has any clues I'd be very grateful...

So, Syncrosoft License Control Centre does not see that I have Analog Factory Experience installed.
Days and days pass and no reply from Arturia support and no reply from Syncrosoft support.
I have had AFE for 3 weeks and still have not been able to use it.
I have never known such terrible service from a software provider.
