Title: Why no solution to my problem!!! Blank Screen

I purchased Jupiter-8V and installed everything exactly as required.  When I launch the program I get a blank screen.  I can actually use the mouse and hit keys (ones I can't see) at the bottom of the blank screen and I hear the sound of the preset that is initially loaded.  I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling per Antoine (technical support) but no luck.  Also, no further advise from Antoine.  I have several other Arturia programs which work fine and I can say I have never had this problem with any software ever!  It is very frustrating.  I can load the program on a MacMini I have but that isn't my production system.  I use a Mac Pro.  Please any information on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem on my Mac (Dual 2.3 GHz PPC G5).
All other plug-ins from the V-Collection don't cause this problem.
I really would appreciate some advice or information !
