I just purchased Jupiter-8v (my fourth Arturia product). I downloaded the updated version of Syncrosoft and installed Jupiter. All seemed normal until I tried to load the program. All that opened was a blank screen with "Jupiter-8v" in the menu. The only thing I can select is "quit Jupiter-8v". I have never had anything like this happen. What is going on!
