Title: AF out of tune in Pro Tools, help!

After many months of perfect performance in Pro Tools, AF is suddenly about a whole step flat.  Im using an M-audio USB controller.  All other softsynths are fine.  Can anyone help me with this?

have you tried making sure that the template for your controller didn't somehow get changed??

also does the problem occur in the standalone
