Title: syncrosoft licence control error

Hello all, just received the Jupiter 8v package, very excited, installed it, followed the dongle process, it finished the installation, then when you go into the stand alone synth it will play the default jmb full pad, then when you try to select another preset,

"file SYNSOACC.DLL does not have the expected interface" appears and shuts it down

I HAVE FOUND A THREAD FROM A CUBASE FORUM but does not work for me

After the install of both program and H20 Dongle, open C: -> Windows -> System32, and then find the file "Synsoacc.dll". Copy that one (not move, COPY!) and move it to the folder where you installed Virtual bassist.
YOU HAVE TO HAVE CLOSED YOUR SEQUENCER OR THE PROGRAM. Just copy the file to the folder of Virtual Bassist

Of course, the official synchrosoft license control does not work WITH the H2O cracked fake dongle... once you have installed it, you can't use cracks anymore. rather normal, isn't it?

hmm. Maybe [because it was a bit too early for me] I didn't answer correctly  (even if what I said is true).

2 solutions:

- either you downloaded the J8V on Emule then I can do nothing for you (er, actually I can sell you the real Jupiter - credit cards accepted)

- or you didn't install the synchrosoft license control center..

today i lost a session to the error even when it was plugged in. this plug in has caused me nothing but headaches. i dont think i will ever buy another arturia product.

yes. it is the only synchrosoft dongle i have and the error specificly says it cant find the dongle (odd thing is i already had an instance jupiter in use at the time). and then logic shuts down once i click ok.
