I need to contact support immediately, but I can't find any contact information. I have scrutinized the web pages, but all I can find is a FAQ. Every god damn link is a mary-go-round. No phone numbers, no addresses...
Appearantly you have to register to get support, but the form wont accept my license number, which is why I want to get in tough with Arturia in the first place. (It's like these, "Can't get online? Well, send an e-mail" companies...)
So, can someone please enlighen me? How do I get in contact with Arturia/support?

Is there a phone number I can call? I sent an email to arturia_support@arturia.com and received a "Case number", but I still haven't heard anything, apart from the standard auto-reply.

Yes, that is correct. And to receive support I need to register so it's catch-22. But to clearify, the enclosed license number on the "credit card" doesn't work. I have typed it several times, with and without dashes, backwards, you name it... I also bought the CS80V and there was no problem what so ever with that registration.

I am not sure what you are asking. My problem is that the provided license number doesn't work. I can't register/install the software, nor can I register the software online to get technical support.
Please advice further.

apparently it's an error, the serial doesn't look like an ARP serial...
I will send you by mail a working serial as soon as possible (in a few hours)
