Title: Midi connection software running with DAW? Error

Hey

Should I run the midi connection software at the same time as my DAW?
When trying to do so Sonar X3 give me an error " Midi Device Failure" and the text "There is not enough memory available.

I don't believe you can use the brute in your DAW if the connection software is connected. Set it up in the software the way you'd like it then disconnect from it and run your DAW.
