I am really frustrated. I purchased the minilab/analog lab combo and have spent the last 24 hours trying to figure out why it won't register. I keep getting an error that the serial number already exists in the database. I also can't open a technical support ticket because I have to have at least one device registered but I cannot register because apparently my code is invalid. I see now that lots of people have had this problem. Any one have some REAL help or answers? I have updated the keyboard to the latest firmware, using windows 8 64 bit. I am really NOT IMPRESSED thus far.

This is a Christmas present for my daughter. Someone is more disappointed than me :(

Just send it back and get your money back. In my experience these minilabs are nothing but trouble. A waste of time and money.
