Title: I Can't See The Presets From The Banks I Installed In my Analog lab V Browser

I recently bought and installed Preset banks in Analog Lab V. Before I installed the Banks, I could see all the presets listed below and I could even listen to them, but after I installed them, they just disappeared and now I can't find them anymore.
Particularly one preset I really liked, but did not save is now lost and I can't find it. I remember the name and looked for it, but nothing. I tried to reinstall but nothing changed... Thx for help!

Hello,

Perhaps it's presets from discontinuet applications. In that case be sure you in ALV'a main menu have "Include Legacy Sounds" enabled. I suggest you try it, and see if that helps.
