I would like to be able to use 2 different MIDI controllers/synths to act as the B-3 upper and lower manuals in Ableton Live, but no matter how I configure MIDI setup for B-3 v2, both synths seem to play the same manual. I have tried setting each manual to different MIDI channels, but it seems that Ableton overrides that somehow. Anyone have tips or a walkthrough for how to make this work? Do I need to just use 2 different Ableton channels set to different MIDI inputs, both with B-3 as plugins?
