Title: Safe to use a USB Charger to power it?

I have a scenario where I want to use the MiniLab 3 standalone. Just the ML3 and a hardware synth module. No computer.
Is it safe to power the ML3 with a USB charger? Then use a standard MIDI 5 pin din cable to the module.
