Title: V Collection 9 to 9.2 Update Problems

 I updated from 8 to 9 but when I try to update to 9.2 from the web update 9.2 option, it returns to resources option, so I’m going round in circles. 😵‍💫
Am I doing something wrong is it the website?
ASC says there’s no update, but shows V9 not V9.2, is that correct?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

You shall update through Arturia Service Center (ASC). So open that application.

You will not see a V-Collection 9.2 mentioned anywhere in ASC, when you have updated. It will still show you have V-Collection 8 and 9, if they are to be found on your Arturia account under "My Products".
If you have installed V-COllection 9, then the updates should be ready to be installed in ASC. If there are'nt any updates, then they should allready be installed.

Thank you for your response, it seams that I do have V9.2 installed after all.
It would be nice if Arturia clarified which version is installed in the ASC.
