Title: where are the free wavelenght sounds?

Hi, just bought Pigments 4, but can´t seem to find the bundled wavelenght sounds in my account: the store just quotes the normal special price. Grateful for some help.

Hello,

I suggest you contact Arturia sales support about missing products on your account. Only Arturia can do something about that.

Hey! I just bought Pigments 4 and once I launched the program, clicked the book/library icon (next to the preset drop down at the top) under the store menu, the three Wavelength packs were there marked as owned and with a cloud download option. I hope that this helps you out. T

Could be about that yes. But only if the product was/ is on the account, and it was said it was'nt.
