Title: Allow external keyboard input via MIDI to use arp/seq/chords

While I love the sequencing/arp/chord/strum features on the KS37, I would really, really appreciate being able to use a larger keyboard to input the notes and have the KS37 work its magic.

In fact, this could well be sold as a MIDI effects module without the keys later as well to pair with any controller.
