Title: Sometime Presets - sometime no presets even in Cubase (any version)

Win 10
Spark in standalone starting as Admin.
All is fine
Spark starting as normal user there is no Preset no sound nothing
Only the GUI
Even in the DAW nothing to see in Library factory item
Nothing

New install change folder for presets
The same admin yes user no
Spark is unusable
