For some reason I can't get AL V working at all with my external keyboards (Minlab MK II, Roland A-500 Pro). Analog Lab 4 works just fine, as does every individual instrument. Same keyboards, same USB cables - AL V fails with both as an instrument, and within DAW. However playing with computer keyboard works, wired or wireless. Every other instrument also works fine. What on earth can be amiss?
MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
AL V version 5.5.1.2692 (x64)
MIDI settings AL 4 & V attached

Hi,
Normally this could be about either a wrong midi device setup and/ or a wrong midi channel setting. If it's not about that, then it's very strange.
You can try to clean the ALV preferences and set it up again then. And it's allways possible to try a un- and reinstall of ALV.
Keep in mind, that this forum is'nt Arturia support.

Thanks. Yap, the problem really doesn't appear to be MIDI setup.
I've tried to find a way to re-create the ALV prefs - no go. How to?
I know this is user-based, but the feature request forums suggest Arturia people read at least some of these :-)

Your welcome.

Through ASC. Select individual product, - click the arrow at the buttom at the pop up panel and select CLEAN PREFS.
I suggest you spend some time exploring ASCs possibilities.

Thanks, LBH. Resetting the prefs worked :-)
Not the most intuitive GUI, IMO...

Good. Your welcome.
No ALV is'nt as user friendly as all other Arturia applications. I hope it will be.
