Title: Refurbished unit. Can't register.

Purchased a refurbished unit. The registration card that came with the unit has the serial blacked out and an unlock code that is different from what is listed on the unit. The unit came in an original box. The description of what I purchased said it came with software and I confirmed that these came from the manufacturer. Please help.
