Title: MIDI CC or SysEx Sent on Program Change

I would like to request that either MIDI CC or SysEx message(s) be sent when a program (preset) change occurs.

This would be helpful when using external controllers so that the current value gets updated on the controller, making it easier to tweak the preset.
