Title: Help on Minibrute Tuning

I just got a used minibrute about a week ago and I took it to a jam session with some of my friends. It was in tune then but after I took it back it was, and is, grossly out of tune. I'm talkin when I play a C my tuner says F. The fine tune cannot work half an octave, and the user manual hasn't really helped much. What do I do?
