Title: Fast Scrolling of Menu & Tempo Encoders

Hi there,

Requesting the ability to use SHIFT to scroll quickly through Menu parameters > 10 values in length, as well as to scroll quickly through Tempo/BPM values (perhaps 1:10 ratio versus regular encoder turns).

+1 for this or some other method of getting more quickly through the range. The knobs even on the fastest setting are not fast enough when I quickly want to input quiet/loud velocity values for example.
